What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Yes - once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at admin@luquicina.es.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery (24–48 hours) is free across mainland Spain. For guaranteed next-day delivery, a €19.99 charge applies.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Spain only, but are planning to expand soon.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email to follow your parcel’s journey.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer 90-day extended returns on all orders. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Is there a product warranty?
Yes. All products are backed by a manufacturer warranty. After you receive your order, be sure to register your products for warranty here.
How do I start a return?
